Reiki
Reiki is a healing technique that uses universal life force energy to balance the subtle energies within our bodies. It balances our internal energy levels to return us to a more natural state. Breathing, heart rate, blood pressure, circulation and other bodily functions improve with reiki. This normal balance allows the body to heal itself from within. Reiki is not a replacement for conventional medical treatment.
During a reiki session, your reiki practitioner will lay their hands on your body in a series of hand positions to deliver reiki energy. If you are receiving distant reiki healing, the practitioner will be connecting with you through visualising in the sacred healing space. You might feel hot/cold or tingling sensations, emotional release, increased relaxation, an enhanced sense of balance, centeredness and calm. Regular reiki treatments can help to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
